Sam Hunt - Founder of RUNROX
Sam is an endurance athlete with over fifteen years experience coaching and personal training for both general fitness and elite endurance work.
Sam founded RUNROX to make Hyrox racing achievable for all levels. To help absolute beginners, Sam created the first ever 'Couch to Hyrox' plans, which are suitable for individuals with a very low fitness level.
Sam is also available for one-to-one coaching, for those wanting an individualised plan for themselves. One-to-two coaching is a more offordable option for training partners and Hyrox doubles.

I signed up to 1-2-1 coaching with Sam because I had NO idea where to start with training, and most of the plans out there seemed confusing, too difficult, or didn't fit around my weekly schedule.
My fitness levels at various Hyrox movements were all different, and my gym was missing certain equipment. Sam built a plan that worked around every part of my lifestyle and our weekly video check ins kept me motivated and I was able to ask questions as I progressed.

I worked with Sam via his 1-2-1 coaching program to complete my first woman's open Hyrox. My goal was to break 1hr45, as I had already been running quite a bit before starting with Sam and wanted to start with a goal time.
He was so great to work with and worked around my busy lifestyle as a working mother of two. We made it work, and I managed to finish my first Hyrox in a time of 1hr42!
